DF Type Mechanical Face Seal Introduction
DF type mechanical face seal has an elastomer with a diamond-shaped cross section as a secondary sealing element instead of the O Ring. The seal rings are assembled with trapezoid elastomer parts which are positionedagainst the particular housing bore.
DF type requires slightly less installation space in theaxial direction than the standard DO type mechanical face seal. The geometry of the housing contour is easier to manufacture, and the seal installation does not require an installation tool.

浮动油封由两个相同的金属钢环及两个橡胶圈组成，其工作原理是一对金属环在一对橡胶圈的支撑下与腔体形成一个封闭的空间（但不与轴接触），运转时金属环的两个经过研磨的密封表面紧密配合并相对滑动，一方面保证运行良好，另一方面有效封隔外界的灰尘、水、泥石、砂砾等，保护内部的润滑油脂不泄漏，产品类型有DO型、DF 型以及XY型。
